RECA Purflex is a newly designed, one component, high elastic and externally controlled (MPA Bau Hannover) gun foam for true to RAL colours filling, insulation and lagging of window joints, as well as filling doorframe gaps. Thanks to the high elasticity of more than 30%, the foam can better absorb structural movements. Outstanding adhesion on concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fibre cement, metal and many plastics (polystyrene, PUR rigid foam, polyester, hard PVC).
The subsurfaces have to be stable, clean, dust, grease and seperating agent free. Damp (spray) subsurface with water. The ideal application temperature is +20°C. Please respect the instructions of your gun.
Before you screw the can onton your foam gun and after any work interruptions, please shake the can at least 30 times and humidify from time to time. Do not tilt or overtigthen when screwing the can onto the gun. Remove fresh foam stains right away with RECA S 25 PU - universal cleaner (0898 225 2). Hardened stains can only be removed by mechanical means.
