		• Kellner & Kunz AG, founded in Vienna back in 1922, has its company headquarters in Wels / Upper Austria. Trading in high-grade tools as well as screws and bolts the company achieved a turnover of slightly more than 139.1 mill. Euro in 2008 (Kellner & Kunz AG including subsidiaries) - of which Kellner & Kunz Austria made 100.9 mill. EUR. • At present, there are 920 persons (690 of which are field staff) employed in Austria and in the Eastern European subsidiaries. At the beginning of this year the Austrian screws and bolts manufacturer Schrauben Schmid of Hainfeld was included in the group of enterprises. From Austria the commercial operations of the subsidiaries in Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia-Montenegro, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey are controlled!
